Harold Mills

Chief Executive Officer

Harold Mills has spent his career successfully developing and leading technology and human resource businesses. As CEO of the award-winning ZeroChaos, Mr. Mills oversees the strategic direction and market development for one of the top global workforce management companies.

Mills is attributed with building ZeroChaos from inception to a multi-billion-dollar company with operations in over 15 countries. Recognized by experts as one of the great innovators in the industry, Mills and ZeroChaos are transforming the way Fortune 1000 companies acquire and manage their outside contingent labor. Its solutions-oriented business model, accompanied by its leading technology platform provides transparency and control to its customers supply chain enabling them to effectively measure, manage and significantly optimize this category.

Prior to ZeroChaos, Mr. Mills held various executive positions in general management and corporate development (mergers, acquisitions, and alliances) with leading solutions companies including human resources outsourcing and internet-based HR technology companies. At AT&T (formerly Ameritech), Mr. Mills was the Director and General Manager of one its emerging technology business units, which led its geographic expansion strategy into 37 states. Prior to Ameritech, Mr. Mills held several management positions with GE as a member of one its world-renowned fast-track management training programs.

Mr. Mills has been honored with many awards including the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, where he now serves as one of its national judges; the Peter Yessne Staffing Industry Innovator of the Year; Orlando’s Entrepreneur of the Year; the Orlando Most Influential Business Man; Orlando’s Top 40 under 40 and many others. Mills is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and been featured in many industry and trade magazines, business journals and other business and trade outlets. Mr. Mills is a frequent international speaker at industry, Fortune 500 corporate and community events.

Mr. Mills received his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and his MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Mills resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife and three children and is actively involved with various community organizations. Mr. Mills serves on regional boards including the Florida Hospital for Children, the Florida Minority Business Opportunity Council, Boy Scouts of America and Fifth Third Bank, among others.

Doug Goin

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Doug Goin is charged with setting the financial direction for ZeroChaos and is responsible for finance, accounting, facilities, legal, and treasury management. Mr. Goin possesses over twenty-five years of broad business experience with expertise in technology, software, distribution, manufacturing, service industries, banking and construction. His expertise includes all CFO responsibilities including financial operations, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial turnarounds, and new business start-ups. He has worked with a wide range of organizations, from start-up entrepreneurial organizations to large, multi-location publicly traded organizations, in the staffing and other industries. He has a significant background in financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, business development and human resources. Mr. Goin holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from West Virginia University.

Michael A. Werblun

Executive Vice President

Michael Werblun brings over 19 years of Executive and Business Development experience to ZeroChaos and joins the company after the acquisition of eWork ,a leading Vendor Management Company focused on the Healthcare vertical. At eWork Mr. Werblun held the position of Chief Executive Officer and led the company to a growth rate of 500%. Prior to eWork he held several leadership and sales positions in the Contingent Labor industry at Ensemble Workforce Solutions, Comensura (now the Guidant Group) and Corestaff Services. During his tenure Mr. Werblun has worked with over 100 large enterprise clients including Toyota, Bayer, Morgan Stanley, UCSF Medical Center, Capgemini, Cisco Systems, Visa and others to develop and deploy leading labor solutions. Mr. Werblun holds a BS in Industrial Organizational Psychology from California State University, San Francisco with honors. He has been a key note speaker on effectively managing contingent labor and volunteers his time with several organizations including The Salesian Boys and Girls Club and San Francisco Little League.

John LaMancuso

Executive Vice President

John LaMancuso joined ZeroChaos in 2011 as Executive Vice President. Mr. LaMancuso’s 28 years of experience creating transformational success for large organizations will be instrumental as he leads sales and marketing for ZeroChaos.

Prior to ZeroChaos, Mr. LaMancuso was Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Oakleaf Global Holdings, where he led sales, marketing, and strategic planning for one of North America’s top providers of recycling outsourcing services. During his tenure as CSO, Mr. LaMancuso redesigned the sales to service process and transformed the business development team from generalists to vertical market sales specialists. The corresponding sales force growth from 20 to 50 members and successful program implementation generated $200M in incremental revenue.

Additionally, Mr. LaMancuso spearheaded a corporate identity rebranding, which proved pivotal to attracting the ultimate acquisition of Oakleaf by industry giant - Waste Management, for $625M in July 2011.

Prior to Oakleaf, Mr. LaMancuso spent 25 years and held several positions at Automatic Data Processing (ADP). As the Senior VP of Sales for Employer Services, Mr. LaMancuso was responsible for leading a 1700 member sales team with a $325M sales plan. Additionally, he re-organized the 1,500 direct contributors and 200 sales leaders from generalists into specialized “hunter & farmer” based sales associates, resulting in an 11% market share increase and 50% sales growth over years. Mr. LaMancuso also streamlined the sales process by institutionalizing a telesales channel to distribute transaction-based products with a 400% sales growth in 4 years.

As VP of Marketing and Strategic Planning for ADP, Mr. LaMancuso created ADP’s five year strategic growth plan for the $2.6B Major Accounts Division. This included strategic product acquisitions, introduction into the benefits administration arena, and strategic alliances which generated $150M in recurring revenue.

Candice Hixson

Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting

Candice Hixson joined ZeroChaos in 2000 and has held both finance and operations positions. She brings 20 years of management and operational experience gained from her work in fields of public accounting, retail, distribution, manufacturing and service-oriented businesses. She spent 13 years with Leisure Bay Industries as Vice President of Accounting and Administration. During her tenure Ms. Hixson developed systems and controls that allowed the company to accommodate growth from $9 million in annual revenues to $100 million. The organization had 33 retail stores and 4 manufacturing and distribution sites located throughout the Southeast, and employed almost 1,000 employees. Ms. Hixson graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major emphasis in Accounting.

Sue Ann Leone

Senior Vice President of Sales

Sue Ann Leone brings over 20 years of sales and account management experience to ZeroChaos as SVP of Sales and Marketing. Her most recent position before joining ZeroChaos was that of Senior Director at CDI Professional Services. Prior to CDI she held several positions at Spherion Technology during her 9-year tenure, culminating with VP Sales and Marketing, Infrastructure Solutions Group. While at Spherion Ms. Leone played a key role in selling outsourced solutions to National Accounts such as IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, J.P. Morgan Chase and HP. She has always worked in the service sector within traditional staffing providers or during her 11 years at Philip Crosby Associates, Inc., providing Quality Management Consulting to Fortune 500 organizations. Ms. Leone holds BA degrees in both Economics and Business from Randolph Macon College and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology, specific focus in International Business.

Sally Kauffman

Senior Vice President of Quality, Service, and Internal Audit

Sally Kauffman is an accomplished management professional with over 20 years experience teaching in the field of Training and Development, consulting in the field of Quality Management, and managing Professional Service Groups.

Ms. Kauffman began her career with Philip Crosby Associates, where she held positions of increasing responsibility. In these roles Ms. Kauffman's responsibilities included managing relationships with client quality institutes, teaching courses in the Quality College, developing new products, and managing translations of products in 17 languages.

Later in her career, Ms. Kauffman was the Director of Quality for Orange County Public Schools, central Florida's second largest employer. Ms. Kauffman later became the Director of Quality for the Southeast's largest workers' compensation insurance company where she installed a quality improvement process company-wide that resulted in multi-million dollar savings. In addition to implementing the quality process, she developed and implemented a comprehensive, state-of-the-art corporate university program and career development path.

Ms. Kauffman is an examiner for Florida's Sterling Award and a certified assessor for the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model. She has lead sessions at the EFQM Learning Edge Conferences in Europe. Ms. Kauffman holds a BA from Clemson University and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.

Roger Dunnavan

Vice President of Business Development

Roger Dunnavan has been with ZeroChaos since its inception, playing a major role in its growth. He has built partnerships and created global customer relationships, leading ZeroChaos' international expansion into 15 countries. This has been the culmination of 20 years experience in new business formation, sales and marketing. Clients include Accenture, Bank of America, BP, Deloitte Consulting, GSK, HP, IBM, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Dunnavan began his career with European American Bank, was a consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, started several small businesses including an Internet franchise and managed an ERP upgrade practice during the dot com bubble.

Mr. Dunnavan holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in international business. He serves on the Board of The Jobs Partnership and is an active Boy Scout leader.

Andrew Post

Vice President of Technology

Andrew Post brings over 10 years of IT experience to ZeroChaos where he currently holds the position of Vice President of Technology. Current responsibilities include overall IT direction and management, on-going company wide process re-engineering efforts, and enterprise application planning. Prior to ZeroChaos he was the director of software development at Financial Web, an Internet financial portal. He has also consulted in software development to companies including Citibank, First USA, MCI, TRW, American Express, and the US Air Force. Mr. Post has a BS in Engineering from the University of Central Florida and has pursued graduate work in the field of Computer Engineering.

Margot King

Vice President of Recruiting Solutions

Margot King is the Founder and Vice President of OnSite Resource Solutions, a recent acquisition of ZeroChaos. She was the former Founder and CEO of Select Resource and the creator, producer and host of Job Talk, a nationally syndicated radio talk show about career empowerment. Ms. King has had 25 years experience in the human resource consulting business and is a nationally recognized pioneer in the concept of on-site recruitment and retention solutions. She is the co-author of Perfect Phrases for Perfect Hiring, a McGraw-Hill publication (2007). She has been a contributing writer and columnist to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and a columnist for Atlanta Woman magazine.

For three years, Ms. King has served on the board of Women in Technology and for 2010 will serve as President of the WIT Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Women in Technology. As President of WIT Foundation board, Ms. King is involved with bringing awareness of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) studies and future career pathways to middle and high school young women.

Ms. King was a Turknett Leadership Character Award CEO Nominee, and the winner of the 2009 WE Awards for Growing Star awarded by NAWBO Atlanta. For three years, she has served on the Leadership Committee for SHRM as Chair of Link with a Leader benefit and served on the Advisory Board of the Women's Commerce Club. She was a winner of the 2008 Enterprising Women of the Year Award.

Ms. King and her husband, Jerry Watkins have been residents of Atlanta, Georgia for over twenty-five years and have a daughter who is a practicing attorney in Nashville.

Matthew Levine

Senior Vice President of Risk Management Solutions

Matthew Levine is Senior Vice President of Risk Management Solutions at ZeroChaos. In this capacity Mr. Levine is responsible for the coordination, and overall product direction and fulfillment of both the Employment Screening Solutions Group and Independent Contractor Management Compliance Group at ZeroChaos. Prior to joining the ZeroChaos team, Mr. Levine served as Vice President of Operations at Checkpast.com from 2002 until its acquisition by ZeroChaos in 2009. At Checkpast, Mr. Levine was an instrumental leader in managing the company through 11 times revenue growth, and multiple strategic acquisitions.

Mr. Levine has been a featured industry expert in US News and World Report, as well as a featured guest on the Fox Business News show Your World with Cavuto. Mr. Levine holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Emory University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
