Harold Mills

Chief Executive Officer

Harold Mills has spent his career successfully developing and leading technology and human resource businesses. As the CEO of ZeroChaos, Mr. Mills oversees the strategic direction and market development for one of the top minority-owned contract labor acquisition and management companies in the country.

Mr. Mills was also the founder of Endeavour Business Process Solutions, a leader in the human resources outsourcing marketplace specializing in enabling fortune 1000 companies manage and outsource their contingent and outside labor resources. Prior to Endeavour, Mr. Mills held various executive positions in general management and corporate development (mergers, acquisitions, and alliances) with leading solutions companies including staffing services, human resources outsourcing, and internet-based HR technology companies. At at&t (formerly Ameritech), Mr. Mills was the Executive Director and General Manager of one its emerging technology business units, which led its geographic expansion strategy into 37 states. Prior to Ameritech, Mr. Mills held several management positions with GE as a member of one its world-renowned fast-track management training programs.

Mr. Mills received his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and his MBA from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Mills resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife and three children and is actively involved with various community organizations. Mr. Mills serves on regional boards including the Florida Minority Supplier Development Council, the Florida Minority Business Opportunity Council, the Negro Spiritual Scholarship Foundation and VMD Enterprises. He is a frequent speaker at staffing industry and corporate supplier diversity events and has been quoted in numerous business and trade media outlets.

Doug Goin

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Doug Goin is charged with setting the financial direction for ZeroChaos and is responsible for finance, accounting, facilities, legal, and treasury management. Mr. Goin possesses over twenty-five years of broad business experience with expertise in technology, software, distribution, manufacturing, service industries, banking and construction. His expertise includes all CFO responsibilities including financial operations, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial turnarounds, and new business start-ups. He has worked with a wide range of organizations, from start-up entrepreneurial organizations to large, multi-location publicly traded organizations, in the staffing and other industries. He has a significant background in financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, business development and human resources. Mr. Goin holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University West Virginia.

Meg Chang

Senior Vice President of Global Solutions

As part of the recent eWork acquisition, Meg Chang comes to ZeroChaos with 13 years of experience in staffing and contingent workforce management. Prior to joining ZeroChaos, Ms. Chang was a founding member of 100 Spears LLC dba eWork responsible for the company’s entire customer service operations from implementation to delivery. She also ran Ensemble Chimes Global’s (ECG) global operations group, expanding it into 25 countries across 5 continents, and founded her own managed services firm, Vantage Staffing Network, and successfully built the company into a multi-million dollar operation within the first year of its inception before it was acquired by ECG in 2005.

Ms. Chang was a Stevie Awards’ National Finalist for the Best Young Woman Entrepreneur in 2004 and was also recognized that same year by the Minority Business Professionals Network as one of the nations Most Influential Minority Business Leader. She has been featured in Entrepreneur magazine and has been a featured speaker for the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce.

Kevin Godsey

Senior Vice-President of Technology

Kevin Godsey is responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation and governance of the information systems and technology infrastructure at ZeroChaos. Mr. Godsey has over twenty-five years of experience in managing technology and business operations across large-scale, complex organizations.

Prior to joining ZeroChaos, Mr. Godsey held executive positions at several leading MSP providers, including eWork and Comensura. He has been involved in the implementation and operational oversight of over 100 contingent labor management programs with leading companies including; Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard, Visa, Morgan Stanley, Entergy, Progress Energy, Cinergy, First Energy, Exelon, Northeast Utilities, Florida Power and Light, Siemens, Pitney Bowes and others. Mr. Godsey also held the position of Vice-President, Managed Services with Management Controls (MCi) the leading VMS provider in the Oil and Gas industry where he was responsible for development and oversight of MCi's solution offerings for managing craft labor in asset-intensive industries such as refining, petrochemicals and power generation.

Mr. Godsey has also served as CIO for COREStaff Services and Kirby Corporation. His career began in IT consulting where he spent nine years with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young leading a diverse range of engagements in manufacturing, oil and gas and retail services.

Candice Hixson

Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting

Candice Hixson joined ZeroChaos in 2000 and has held both finance and operations positions. She brings 20 years of management and operational experience gained from her work in fields of public accounting, retail, distribution, manufacturing and service-oriented businesses. She spent 13 years with Leisure Bay Industries as Vice President of Accounting and Administration. During her Tenure Ms. Hixson developed systems and controls that allowed the company to accommodate growth from $9 million in annual revenues to $100 million. The organization had 33 retail stores and 4 manufacturing and distribution sites located throughout the Southeast, and employed almost 1,000 employees. Ms. Hixson graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major emphasis in Accounting.

Sue Ann Leone

Senior Vice President of Sales

Sue Ann Leone brings over 20 years of sales and account management experience to ZeroChaos as SVP of Sales and Marketing. Her most recent position before joining ZeroChaos was that of Senior Director at CDI Professional Services. Prior to CDI she held several positions at Spherion Technology during her 9-year tenure, culminating with VP Sales and Marketing, Infrastructure Solutions Group. While at Spherion Ms. Leone played a key role in selling outsourced solutions to National Accounts such as IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, J.P. Morgan Chase and HP. She has always worked in the service sector within traditional staffing providers or during her 11 years at Philip Crosby Associates, Inc., providing Quality Management Consulting to fortune 500 organizations. Ms. Leone holds BA degrees in both Economics and Business from Randolph Macon College and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology, specific focus in International Business.

Michael A. Werblun

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Michael Werblun brings over 19 years of Executive and Business Development experience to ZeroChaos and joins the company after the acquisition of eWork ,a leading Vendor Management Company focused on the Healthcare vertical. At eWork Mr. Werblun held the position of Chief Executive Officer and led the company to a growth rate of 500%. Prior to eWork he held several leadership and sales positions in the Contingent Labor industry at Ensemble Workforce Solutions, Comensura (now the Guidant Group) and Corestaff Services. During his tenure Mr. Werblun has worked with over 100 large enterprise clients including Toyota, Bayer, Morgan Stanley, UCSF Medical Center, Capgemini, Cisco Systems, Visa and others to develop and deploy leading labor solutions. Mr. Werblun holds B.S. degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from California State University, San Francisco with honors. He has been a key note speaker on effectively managing contingent labor and volunteers his time with several organizations including The Salesian Boys and Girls Club and San Francisco Little League.

Patti Dismukes

Vice President of Recruiting Solutions

Patti Dismukes has more than 20 years of experience working in technology and human resources management, with ten in the technology consulting and staffing arena. Prior to ZeroChaos, Ms. Dismukes was COO for Onsite Resource Solutions, which was acquired by ZeroChaos in 2009.

Prior to OnSite, Ms. Dismukes was Senior Vice President of Technology for MDI Group. Ms. Dismukes helped MDI Group develop and expand their Professional Services Division and was responsible for business development and delivery. In her first year with MDI Group, the Professional Services offerings exceeded revenue goals by 140%, ultimately growing the practice from zero to $16MM in three years.

Prior to joining MDI Group, Ms. Dismukes was National Vice President for Project Governance and Software Quality Management for Spherion, having started her career there as Director of Integration. Ms. Dismukes has also worked for Intercontinental Hotels (formerly Holiday Inn Worldwide) as Manager of Project Office and for MicroBilt Corporation as Manager of Sales Support.

Ms. Dismukes draws upon her experiences to present a variety of groups each year. She trains managers in techniques to improve processes and capitalize upon the investments they’ve made in human resources. She is widely respected in the industry, serving on the board of directors for the Southeast Software Association and as a Program Manager for Women in Technology. She was a 2007 nominee for Women of the Year in Technology.

She and her husband Mike are originally from Nashville, Tennessee and have lived in the Atlanta area for the past 18 years with their two daughters.

Roger Dunnavan

Vice President of Business Development

Roger Dunnavan has been with ZeroChaos since its inception, playing a major role in its growth. He has built partnerships and created global customer relationships, leading ZeroChaos' international expansion into 15 countries. This has been the culmination of 20 years experience in new business formation, sales and marketing.

Mr. Dunnavan began his career with European American Bank, was a consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, started several small businesses including an Internet franchise and managed an ERP upgrade practice during the dot com bubble.

Mr. Dunnavan holds a BA. in Economics and an MBA in international business.

Sally Kauffman

Vice President of Quality Management and Operations

Sally Kauffman is an accomplished management professional with over 20 years experience teaching in the field of Training and Development, consulting in the field of Quality Management, and managing Professional Service Groups.

Ms. Kauffman began her career with Philip Crosby Associates, where she held positions of increasing responsibility. In these roles Ms. Kauffman's responsibilities included managing relationships with client quality institutes, teaching courses in the Quality College, developing new products, and managing translations of products in 17 languages.

Later in her career, Ms. Kauffman was the Director of Quality for Orange County Public Schools, central Florida's second largest employer. Ms. Kauffman later became the Director of Quality for the Southeast's largest workers' compensation insurance company where she installed a quality improvement process company-wide that resulted in multi-million dollar savings. In addition to implementing the quality process, she developed and implemented a comprehensive, state-of-the-art corporate university program and career development path.

Ms. Kauffman is an examiner for Florida's Sterling Award and a certified assessor for the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model. She has lead sessions at the EFQM Learning Edge Conferences in Europe. Ms. Kauffman holds a BA from Clemson University and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.

Margot King

Vice President of Recruiting Solutions

Margot King is the Founder and Vice President of OnSite Resource Solutions, a recent acquisition of ZeroChaos. She was the former Founder and CEO of Select Resource and the creator, producer and host of Job Talk, a nationally syndicated radio talk show about career empowerment. Ms. King has had 25 years experience in the human resource consulting business and is a nationally recognized pioneer in the concept of on-site recruitment and retention solutions. She is the co-author of Perfect Phrases for Perfect Hiring, a McGraw-Hill publication (2007). She has been a contributing writer and columnist to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and a columnist for Atlanta Woman magazine.

For three years, Ms. King has served on the board of Women in Technology and for 2010 will serve as President of the WIT Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Women in Technology. As President of WIT Foundation board, Ms. King is involved with bringing awareness of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) studies and future career pathways to middle and high school young women.

Ms. King was a Turknett Leadership Character Award CEO Nominee, and the winner of the 2009 WE Awards for Growing Star awarded by NAWBO Atlanta. For three years, she has served on the Leadership Committee for SHRM as Chair of Link with a Leader benefit and served on the Advisory Board of the Women's Commerce Club. She was a winner of the 2008 Enterprising Women of the Year Award.

Ms. King and her husband, Jerry Watkins have been residents of Atlanta, Georgia for over twenty-five years and have a daughter who is a practicing attorney in Nashville.

Andrea Myers

Vice President of Enterprise Solutions

Andrea Myers joined ZeroChaos in August of 2009, after 8 years of working with them as a supplier to other MSP organizations. Ms. Myers has been actively employed in the staffing industry for 19 years. She has specifically focused on Managed Services Programs (MSP) for the past 9 years, working with and developing some of the most innovative and industry-leading methodologies around implementation and service delivery of MSPs. Having held VP-level positions in client services, quality and compliance and implementation, she has implemented Vendor-On-Premise (VOP) or MSP programs for such clients as Coca-Cola, Wells Fargo Bank, Washington Mutual Bank, Entergy, Pitney Bowes, Hyperion Software, Cinergy, Schlumberger NIS, Cisco Systems and Siemens Energy & Automation. As a service-oriented professional, Andrea’s experience in the management, implementation and administration of support staff for MSP organizations provides adept analysis of needs, identification of deficiencies and implementation of procedures to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

In her current role with ZeroChaos as VP of Enterprise Solutions, Andrea is responsible for the functional and tactical activities related to the implementation of new accounts as well as service and scope expansion projects associated with existing accounts. Her primary goal is to lead, manage and mentor ZeroChaos Service Delivery staff to drive leading-edge contingent workforce management services at the strategic partnership level for our client organizations.

Andrea works and resides in Austin, Texas.

Andrew Post

Vice President of Technology

Andrew Post brings over 10 years of IT experience to ZeroChaos where he currently holds the position of Vice President of Technology. Current responsibilities include overall IT direction and management, on-going company wide process re-engineering efforts, and enterprise application planning. Prior to ZeroChaos he was the director of software development at Financial Web, an Internet financial portal. He has also consulted in software development to companies including Citibank, First USA, MCI, TRW, American Express, and the US Air Force. Mr. Post has a BS in Engineering from the University of Central Florida and has pursued graduate work in the field of Computer Engineering.

Joseph Tauscher

Vice President of Screening Solutions

Joseph Tauscher is the Vice President of Screening Solutions at ZeroChaos. In this capacity Mr. Tauscher is responsible for the coordination of the overall product direction and fulfillment of the Screening Solution Division at ZeroChaos. Before joining the ZeroChaos team through its acquisition of Checkpast, Mr. Tauscher served as President and Managing Partner of Checkpast LLC for 7 years, having led the company through 11 times revenue growth and multiple strategic acquisitions. Under Mr. Tauscher's guidance, Checkpast was recognized as one of the best companies to work for in 2009 by the Dallas Business Journal. The Dallas Business Journal also recognized Mr. Tauscher as one of its Top 40 Executives under the age of 40 in 2006. Mr. Tauscher has over 10 years of experience in Web technology and finance, having been an executive and entrepreneur in several Web-based ventures, as well as a mergers and acquisitions specialist in private equity. Mr. Tauscher holds a BA in Economics from Emory University and is a member of the American Chapter of Mensa.

Geoffrey Toffetti

Vice President of Operations

Geoffrey Toffetti joined ZeroChaos at its founding. He has over five years experience in staffing and human resource management. Prior to joining ZeroChaos Mr. Toffetti led the guest services operations for the largest employee owned hotel company in the world as Director of Guest Services. He has brought his knowledge of world class service, and managing the customer experience to the ZeroChaos operations and has been an integral part of the management team holding several positions during his tenure. In his most recent position as Director of Operations, Mr. Toffetti led the complete re-engineering of service, enrollment and account management operations returning tremendous efficiency and scalability to the operation. Mr. Toffetti has recently assumed the position of VP of Operations where he is responsible for global service delivery to all clients and contractors of ZeroChaos.
